Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking ALL QUALIFIED BUSINESSES: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); 8A; HubZone, Small Businesses and Large Businesses who are able to provide commercial ambulance services 24 hours, 7 days per week and have the ability and capability of meeting the Government's needs for companies who are in the business of ambulance services that include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS). Services are to be provided to the NY Harbor Healthcare Facilities which includes the Bronx VA Medical Center located at 130 West Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468, Manhattan VA located at 423 East 23rd St., NY, NY 10010; Brooklyn VA located at 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209 & St. Albans Medical Facility located at 179 St. & Linden Blvd., St. Albans, NY 11425 and various Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's). Vendor shall have all the certifications, licenses and permits required to provide the service that meet all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract(s). The government anticipates awarding multiple contracts for this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code for this procurement is 621910. To be considered a small business under this code the SBA size standard must not exceed $7.0 Million. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps http://www.fedbizopps.gov in approximately four weeks. Potential bidders MUST register at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. The Interested Vendors List (IVL) will be activated and may be accessed and printed from the FedBizOpps website. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at vip.vetbiz.gov, and must have current record in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to contract award.
