- Naval Air Warfare Center Training System (NAWCTSD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to Advanced Simulation Technology, Inc. on a sole source basis as the only supplier and manufacturer of the items listed below. ASTi is the only known vendor who develps, distributes, and maintains the Telestra products. However, interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements, which demonstrates their ability to meet the needs of the Government. Interested sources are encouraged to submit a quote. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. CLIN 0001 Quantity - 1 Telestra 4 Voice Communications System consisting of the following capabilities: 1 ea. Telestra 4 Target Quad Core Standard 1 ea. Software Development License 1 ea. Security Software License 1 ea. ACU - 4 Channel 1 ea. ACU2- 4 Channel Small Form Factor Mono-Binaural 1 ea. ACE Remote Interface Unit 1 ea. 4 Channel Networked Audio Amplifier 1 ea. T4 Security Software Package CLIN 0002 - Audio Peripherals to Support Telestra System 1 ea. Fostex Powered Speaker 2 ea. JBL Control I Speaker 1 ea. Telex Light Weight Dual earphone headset 1 ea. Push to Talk Switch Latching 1 ea. Cable Assembly RIU to PTT Switch 1 ea. Packaging and Handling 1 ea. On-Site Integration and Training CLIN 0003 Technical Support Contract to include: A bank of 30 prepaid hours, available upon receipt of order. These hours may be consumed either by phone, fax, or email, or for on-site travel for integration support if required, at the customer's request. Deliverable items shall be insured through final destination by the award recipient. All quantities of units furnished shall be from the same manufacturer and same model number. Evaluation Critiria: The Government expects to award a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this synopsis to the responsible offeror whose proposal will be the most advantageous to the Government. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the best value to the Government based upon technical capability price and delivery terms. Quotes shall include best delivery terms. A single lot delivery of all CLINs is required.
