- PRON: AX1L0006AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 100 each minimum to 300 each maximum of a RETAINER, DISK, VALVE, NSN: 4810-01-288-3705, Part Number: 2685595 applicable to the CG-AVIATION GROUND POWER UNIT(AGPU). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 100 each, 2nd Year, 100 each, 3rd Year, 100 each, with deliveries to Stockton, CA., 95296-0130. The required delivery without Contractor Tested First Article is 100 each 189(DACA). This item is restricted TRUMPH ACTUATION SYSTEMS LLC, Cage Code: 1SR57(LB). The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
