- This is a Firm Fixed Price for a commercial service. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested. This solicitation, W912PB-11-T-0086, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable NAICS code is 624190. The Regional Contracting Office-Bavaria, located in Grafenwoehr, Germany has a requirement for an Information and Referral Services that shall assure provisions provisions of Relocation Readiness services to service members, Department of Defense (DOD) civiliancs and their family memebers in the USAG Grafenwoehr community. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for details on this requirement. Place of Performance: Army Community Services, Grafenwoehr. The specific evaluation criterion to be included in paragraph (a) of provision at 52.212-2 is listed in the Addenda to Far 52.212-2. Offers are due by 10:00 AM CET (local time, Grafenwoehr, Germany)on 18-February 2010. All offers are to provide the minimum requirements and submissions as stated in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items and attached Addenda to FAR 52.212-1. All offers are to be submitted via email to the attention Rose Seiger by email at rose.seiger@eur.army.mil. The Government reserves the right to make an award solely on initial proposals received. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that proposals (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office on time and should allow a reasonable time for facsimile and e-mail transmissions to be completed. All pages of the proposal must reach the office before the deadline specified in this solicitation. The offeror bears the risk of non-receipt of electronically transmitted quotations and should confirm receipt. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
