- The purpose of this Amendment 0002 to Request For Proposal (RFP) W25G1V-11-R-0013 is to make the following change to the combined synopsis/solicitation Attachment 1, Statement of work, answer offeror question received extend the offer due date: 1. Reference combined Synopsis/Solicitation W25G1V-11-R-0013, Attachment 1, Statement of Work, Paragraph 12, DELETE in its entirety. ADD: Revised Paragraph 12 (Attachment 1 to this Amendment 0002) which becomes combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Attachment 1, Paragraph 12. Amendment 0002 Attachment 1 Revised Price List must be used for submission of proposals. Offeror question received with the government's response: Q1. Pricing for interior and exterior signs are different. Interior signs are more customized and thus more expensive than exterior signage. Should separate pricing be designated for each? At site visit it was stated interior signage is to be aluminum room signs as currently used. Steel, vinyl sheeting and polycarbonate currently are not used for interior or exterior signs. Is Statement of Work current? A1. To reflect the difference in work required for interior and exterior signs, separate pricing will be provided for each designated size sign. See Revised Price List, Attachment 1 to this Amendment 0002, as added per paragraph 1 above. Statement of Work, Paragraph 2, requires panels to be constructed of aluminum, steel, vinyl sheeting, or polycarbonate, as directed. Offerors shall provide pricing in accordance with requirements of the Statement of Work (Attachment 1 to W25G1V-11-R-0013) and as amended by Attachment 1 to this Amendment 0002. 2. The Proposal due date has been extended: DELETE: 31 JANUARY 2011 @ 3:00 P.M. ADD: 01 FEBRUARY 2011 @ 3:00 P.M. 3. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the solicitation remain the same.
