- The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAVAIR WD) China Lake, CA intends to issue a firm-fixed price modification to provide additional electronic assemblies on an existing contract on and other than full and open competition basis. The contract is for electronic assemblies. This action is for an additional 42 RF Interface Boxes (1611AS13350-2(, 13 ALQ-167 RF Hat Sections (1209AS1670) and 3 FOTD Dual Control Boxes (1161AS9600-5). The contract end date will not be extended. This modification is sole sourced to Computer Technology Associates, Inc., 543 W. Graff Ave., Ridgecrest, CA 93555 based on 10 U.S.V 2304 (c) (1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued; however, any firms believing that they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without causing programmatic hardships.
