- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA has awarded a time and materials contract for moving services. These services shall include the relocating of office furniture, laboratory equipment, assemble and reassemble furniture and set up for special events. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to accomplish the relocation of office furniture, equipment, supplies, technical equipment and items, and to provide moving supplies (boxes, tape, etc) to support space management requirements. The Contractor must be able to move heavy and/or bulky items that cannot be moved by normal means, on an as needed basis. Services are required at China Lake, CA and Point Mugu. The estimated hours for this effort are 7400 for the base year, 5900 for the second year and 5900 for the third year. It is expected that approximately eighty percent of the contract will be performed at China Lake, CA however workload may fluctuate and this is not guaranteed. The period of performance of this contract is 02 February 2011 to 31 January 2012 with two one year options.
