- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source procurement to Preston Sanitation, Inc. of Tunnelton, WV for provision of solid waste disposal services at the Federal Prison Facilities located in Bruceton Mills, WV. This purchsae will be procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is January 2011. This is not a request for offers, but interested vendors may submit a statement of capability via email to the address below, to make their interestes known. REsponses will be reveiwed but a determination not to compete this procurement is withint he discretion of the Government.
