- The Solicitation number is F1S0AE0351B002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2010-07-13. NAICS is 334220 and the size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 750 employees. The AFFTC/PKEE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following: Telemetry Decommutator System - Qty 2. Purpose: The system is used for capturing telemetry data streams, decommutating the captured data and displaying data for an operator. Minimum Salient Characteristics/Requirements: 1. PCI multifunction Decommutator with IRIG Time Code Reader and Generator. 2. PCM Simulator and PCM Decommutator. 3. PCI motherboard with 3.0GHz Duo-Core processor 4. 500GB Removable Hard Drive (Qty 2) 5. 4GB DDR2 memory 6. USB, Firewire, Serial, and LAN ports 7. VGA on-board video processor 8. 450W 120-240 VAC Power Supply 9. Windows XP Pro - Operating System (XPOS) with Decommutator software and drivers to interface IADS application. Delivery is 45 DARO.
