- J&A The National Archives and Records Administration intends to solicit and negotiate for Security Program Managers instructor-led security training for thirty-five (35) NARA staff on a single source basis with The National Security Training Institute (NSTI). The training course will included practical implementation exercises, and cover the following topics: •· Security Incidents and Investigations •· Operational and Security Interfaces •· Special Access Programs •· Physical Security •· Personnel Security •· Information Systems Security •· Operations Security (OPSEC) •· Communications Security (COMSEC) •· Analytic Risk Management •· Security Awareness Training & Education The training is to be held April 4 through 7, 2011 at the National Archives and Records Administration, 8601 Adelphi Road, College Park, MD 20740. All responsible sources able to provide this service are invited to identify their interest and ability to meet this requirement by submitting a response to include technical capability, pricing data and other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement by NLT than 1:00 PM EST February 2, 2011. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All responsible offers will be considered.
