- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Port St. Lucie Delineated Area: North: City of Fort Pierce - Delaware Avenue (in the east), Okeechobee Rd (in the west) South: City of Port Saint Lucie - Becker Road (in the west), Jensen Beach Blvd (in the east) East: Route A1A (can be reasonably east of A1A, also known as Ocean Blvd) West: I-95 (can be reasonably west of I-95 to include the City of Port Saint Lucie area known as Tradition [vicinity of Gatlin Blvd.]) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,088 ABOASF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,492 ABOASF Space Type: Law Enforcement Related Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): Twenty (20) Reserved, Secure Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): Twenty (20) Reserved, Secure Spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): Twenty (20) Reserved, Secure Spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: First consideration will be given to historic buildings. If offered space is on the ground floor of any offered building, mitigating security measures may be required. Offered space must be contiguous on one floor within the building. Above ground floor space must be serviced by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
