Description
Performance Work Statement The 502d Contracting Squadron, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for Organizational Analysis training (personality analysis, team building, conflict management, business process reengineering, and IDEF modeling) within the AOC producing course 6H-70D67, Medical Information Management Course (MIMC) and the functional course 6A-F7, Health Systems Functional Proponent Course (HSFPC). The contractor will also teach Strategic Planning in the MIMC. This award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested/accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $7M. Solicitation number 0010023775 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46 effective 20 October 2010. This combined synopsis/solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government intends to award one contract to support the training requirement at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Include the unit price and the extended price for all CLINs.
