- SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center located in Seattle, WA is seeking for a contractor to provide service and maintenance for three (3) elevator systems and two (2) wheel chair elevator systems at the NWFSC Montlake Facility. The entire Solicitation is attached. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 238290 with a small business size standard of $14.0 M. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract, period of performance commencing approximately from date of award through Jan 31, 2012 with three option additional option years. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within ten (10) calendar days of its publication.
