- The Department of the Army intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract to Replace Gas Pack/ HVAC Equipment in Building 931, Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision and equipment to perform in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. This procurement is 100% set-Aside for certified HUB-Zone small businesses. Offerors must be certified with the Small Business Administration as a HUB-Zone small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $25,000 and $100,000. The estimate for issuance of the solicitation is on or about February 9, 2011. There is an anticipated site-visit date of 11:00 am on February 17th, 2011. Basis for award will be specified in the solicitation. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available, please do not send request for copies to this office.
