- A site visit is scheduled for this solicitation project at : Champlain LPOE 237 West Service Road Champlain, NY 12919 Meet at Room : Cargo Building Room C249 (GSA Office) The site visit will be on Thursday, 3 February 2011 at 1:30 P.M. All interested contractors please contact Normand Gauthier at (518)-298-3264 or normand.gauthier@gsa.gov to provide names and contact information prior to the visit. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted after the site visit to David Bullard at david.bullard@gsa.gov by 10 February 2011, one week after the site visit meeting. Questions will be compiled and answered in this Fed Biz Ops solicitation as an amendment for all interested contractors to review.
