- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to purchase on a sole source basis from Advanced Scientific Concepts, Inc., 135 E Ortega Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101-1723 (D&B#362223463) sensor engine upgrade, support and focal plans array replacement for ASC Tigereye Flash Lidar. Award will be made on an all or none basis. There will be no written solicitation issued as a result of this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP) delivered (F.O.B. Destination) product.
