Description

BPA for 27 National Stock Numbers in the 5120 FSC. Contract period 9/1/2011 through 8/31/2016. BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FSC 5120 - HAND TOOLS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Heartland Global Supply Center intends to establish a fixed price, indefinite quantity, five year requirements type contract for the period of September 1, 2011 or DOA (whichever is later) through August 31. 2016. Requirements are for twenty seven (27) Hand Tools in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN's are part of GSA's Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. All offers are to be FOB destination with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum of $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
