- The VISN 9 Network Contracting Activity is seeking qualified Architectural/Engineering firms that are CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business to furnish services to develop a comprehensive Healthcare Master Plan for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) campuses located in Nashville, Murfreesboro and the outpatient clinics located in Chattanooga and Clarksville, Tennessee. The Master Plan will visually and verbally display past, current, and future direction of all four campuses by addressing site specific future development opportunities, expansion, decentralization, and consolidation possibilities for the facility. The A/E firm shall be registered in CCR and CVE verified in VetBiz. The Planning Team shall consist of licensed, professional architects and engineers and other planning professionals. Area of consideration is limited to a 250 mile radius of the VISN 9 Network Contracting Activity in Murfreesboro, TN. The NAICS code is 541310 and the size standard is $4.5 million. Interested firms should provide the following information: 1) SDVOSB or VOSB CVE Verification; 2) short narrative on company to include as a minimum: a) number of staff on company payroll; b) number of years as an A/E firm; c) short narrative on company teaming/partnering approach; d) short narrative on how firm plans to accommodate site visits; 3) a detailed description (including size, scope, and dollar value of the firm's experience in developing healthcare master plans of a similar size; 4) name and address of your firm; 5) DUNS Number; and 6) name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. This RFI is solely for information and planning purposes only to determine availability of qualified SDVOSB and VOSB firms and does not constitute a request for proposal. All information received in response to the RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this request for information.
