- Sources Sought Request for the New Jersey Army National Guard. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources (i.e.: Contractor, Government, Commercial, etc.) that can meet and/or exceed all the requirements specified in this notice, for the New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG). This is not a request for proposal, and in no way obligates the NJARNG to award a contract. The Sources Sought contains all currently available information. The NJARNG has a requirement to procure security parts for a Europlex security system alarm for weapons vaults. The government will award one firm fixed priced contract for ALL parts to be installed into 4 separate weapons vaults. Vendor will install this system at the Lakehurst facility. The system installed when tested must meet standards IAW AR190-11 and AR 380-5. The parts are as follows: CLIN 0001 Europlex security panels #2064ng CLIN 0002 Infared sensor #DS-9370 CLIN 0003 Vibration sensor #DV1201A CLIN 0004 Explosion proof terminal contacts #2804T CLIN 0005 Surge protector #ELK-150RT CLIN 0006 Siren #ELK-150RT CLIN 0007 Power Dist #PD8 CLIN 0008 Antenna enclosure box #AKIT-16146 CLIN 0009 freight Sources Sought Instructions: To respond to this Sources Sought Notice, a Contractor shall provide the following information: 1. General information about your company (i.e.: company name and address; point of contact with telephone, fax, and e-mail; GSA Schedule Number if available; DUNS number; CAGE Code; and Tax ID number). 2. A brief description of your company's qualifications to provide this type of service. 3. Earliest date these parts can be available. The information contained in this Sources Sought Notice will be the only information provided by the New Jersey Army National Guard during the Sources Sought process. All qualified sources should respond to this Notice by email.
