- RFQ-AFRW-11-0009 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation (attached); proposals are being requested. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business participation. The associated NAICS code is 238140. The small business size standard is $14.0 million. The Product Service Code is Z119. Solicitation number RFQ-AFRW-11-0009, all incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-47. All vendors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), (http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov). The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is contracting to acquire a qualified Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools and supervision to perform services required to repair historic fence columns. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
