- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease "Class A" office space in Sheridan, Wyoming. The space must consist of the following: State: Wyoming City: Sheridan Delineated Area: Sheridan City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,307.00 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,737.00 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 20-25 stalls Parking Spaces (Surface): 20-25 stalls Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 stall Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •§ Space shall be located on first floor and be contiguous •§ Zoned commercial and/or retail only •§ Space shall not be located in industrial or residential zoned locations or near tenants, buildings, or environments that create odors or noises i.e.: cleaners, liquor stores, beauty salons, bingo parlors, drug treatments, detention facilities. •§ Space offered shall be located within 2 city blocks from a primary or secondary street Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
