- Open Competition - Combined synopsis/solicitation - FA9300-11-R-5007. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20110120. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 6695. NAICS is 334513 and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The AFFTC/PKTB, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following commodity: Line 1: DDM 2911 Automatic Density Meter S2 (has a single calibration through temperature capability). Features include: 1. Built-In Temperature Control of the Sample 2. Full Range Viscosity Correction 3. Reference Oscillator 4. Video View TM for Easy Bubble Detection 5. Fully GMP/GLP Compliant 6. Flexibility of Windows 7. Network Ready w/Internet Availability 8. Density to Concentration Tables which includes Brix, Alcohol, API & Many Various Common Laboratory Reagents. 9. Built in Drying Pump used to quickly dry the cell after rinsing & prior to the next measurement, reducing total sample analysis time. 10.
