- Description
- A proposal will be requested from the five contractors that have each been awarded a performance-based combination firm fixed price/IDIQ contract under the Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC) (contract numbers N62473-08-D-0504, 0505, 0506, 0507, or 0508). The resultant task order will be awarded to the contractor submitting the lowest price. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, facilities, utilities, supervision and management required to perform all operations of the HVAC, and boiler systems. The contract performance period is anticipated to be three years, including one base year and two (2) twelve month options commencing 15 MARCH 2011 “ 14 MARCH 2014. The estimated cost range is 10,000 thousand to 25 thousand dollars per year. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 561210. The request for proposal (RFP) will be sent to the five contractors described above on or about 28 January 2011.
