- US Army South (ARSOUTH) has a requirement to support with non- tactical vehicle lease services with drivers to move US Army personnel in and around the various locations of Port Au Prince and Gonaives Haiti for mission support. Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, training, equipment, materials and supplies to accomplish this requirement. The anticipated period of performance is from 17 March to 9 July 2011. The primary place of performance will be Port Au Prince and Gonaives, Haiti as part of New Horizons Haiti 11'. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 532111. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated release date for the solicitation is on or about 5 February 2011 with a proposed closing date of on or about 15 February 2011. The actual due date for receipt of quotes will be provided at the time of solicitation release.
