- This notice is for informational purposes only. The 5th Contracting Squadron will award a purchase order to CC Distributors Inc. for the purpose of a two month (with a possible two month option period) bridge contract allowing for Minot AFB to continue to receive COCESS services until approval is received to award a new 5 year contract competitively. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be issued for this bridge contract. Within 14 days after contract award a special notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 5th Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole source procurement to CC Distributors Inc.
