- This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the CMS Database Administration (DB2) Task Order which is scheduled to be competitively awarded in March 2011. CMS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to one of the DA/DBA IDIQ contract holders. 24/7 support for the MEDICAID and MEDICARE programs. The 24/7 support will require additional contractor effort. The support must have the following specifications: 1. Provide scripting and programming for alert notification of problems, where CMS alert monitoring does not cover Support of Rapid Development needs. 2. Contractor personnel shall manage shift work and scheduled coverage for the needs of rapid development. Contractor personnel SHALL be on call 24/7 to provide support for, but not limited to; object creation, environmental clean-up, environmental troubleshooting, software upgrades, fixed and patches. 3. Initiation of rapid development support will be by a supported phone interface, and must be responded to within a one hour period. From initiation, the issue will be worked until completion of the development issue.
