- The Oregon Air National Guard, 142 FW Base Contracting Office, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland Oregon 97218-2797 will issue a solicitation RFQ for a Modular Internet Protocol Package (MIPP) and an Initial Entry Package (IEP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517410. The entire solicitation W912JV-11-T-4001 will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about February 4, 2011.
