- The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) located at 381 Elden St, Herndon VA 20170, is issuing a Request for Quote on behalf of the Department of the Navy which has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal Bauer Compressors. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed price purchase order issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 using the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
