- The Army Contracting Command - Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal NJ, is announcing its intention to solicit under full and open competition, a requirement to procure a quantity of 100 each, M433 40MM One Piece Charge Liners. Drawing #13027467 provides exact specifications for these liners. Interested parties must request a copy of this drawing no later than 19 February 2011. Proposals received from contractors that did not request a copy of this drawing will not be accepted. This effort is anticipated to be a firm fixed price purchase order. Delivery shall be 8 12 weeks after contract award. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Solicitation is intended to be released on or around February 4, 2011. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as Militarily Critical Technical Data. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement and an AMSTA AR Form 1350, Technical Data Request Questionnaire.
