Description

This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting/default.aspx. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Contracting webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with ITT Force Protection Systems, 3500 Willow Lane, Thousand Oaks, CA 91361, for a maximum ceiling amount of $75,000,000. The BOA is in effect through 30 September 2014. The BOA provides for continued sustainment of the Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) Vehicle Receiver Jammer (CVRJ). Acquisitions under the BOA are conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Individual orders issued by NSWC Crane Division specify the requirements and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquires will be considered by this Agency. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact ITT directly.
