- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 611430, with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Solicitation number 0010025613-0001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46 effective 29 October 2010. The Government intends to award one contract for a Subjuct matter Expert/Instructor at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Basis of Award: A single award shall be made to the responsible, responsive offeror who meets all solicitation requirements at the lowest total price for all line items. 3.
