- BSM PR 0027420452. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1650-01-310-2256, Filter Body, Fluid, IAW McDonnell Douglas (8V613), drawing 7-311310266 Rev 'B' dated 16FEB98, part number 7-311310266-1. Approved source: Pall Aeropower (CAGE 18350), part number AE-B730-2. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 165 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-Than-Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. Source Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is February 4, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about March 7, 2011.
