Description

The Fargo (ND) VA Medical Center anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Bard Peripheral Vascular for the procurement of FDA approved stents for peripheral vascular surgery deliverable F.O.B Destination to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2101 Elm Street, Fargo, ND 58102. This notice is issued IAW FAR 5.203. NAICS Code #339112 applies to this procurement. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated award date is on or after January 26, 2011.
