- ICAM - BNJ for Annual Maintenance for ICAM Post and Developer Software. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Annual Maintenance for ICAM Post and Developer Software. The quantity is one (1) Lot, Basic Year maintenance with two (2) annual options. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is sole source and restricted to Corporation Des Technologies ICAM, CAGE CODE: L3578, NAICS Code 541511. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-31 Tech Amend, Effective: 14 May 2009 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0318. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award.
