- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Contracting Department intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price on an other than full and open competition basis to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., 3211 Jermantown Road, Fair Fax VA 22030-2844. Commercial procedures will be used. This requirement is for a three month bridge contract for continuation of services and transition period for the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy (GSBPP) Distance Learning (DL) services currently provided by GDIT. This task consists of supporting approximately 150 students during this three month period daily that includes student application, orientation, scheduling, student and faculty instruction, student text and instructional materials, and graduation activities. The applicable NAICS code is 611430, business size: $7.0 mil. Service is expected to begin on 25 January 2011 through 23 April 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by 3:00 pm PST will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract will be based upon the responses and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
