- ATTACHMENT 1: RFQ: ITC-RFQ-11-0002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) requires the services of a contractor to furnish Contract Labor as required by USITC to accomplish administrative, project management, and legal services on a Time & Material hourly basis. The USITC is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ): ITC-RFQ-11-0002 for Administrative, Acquisition Support, and Legal Contract Labor. This RFQ is available only to Contractors under General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). This is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 and/or 541611 (both are acceptable). Offerors that submit proposals in response to this synopsis are required to have been in business for three years or longer. The Government reserves the right to make an award to the selected offeror, subject to the conditions set forth herein. The offeror's proposal submitted in response to this solicitation shall constitute a firm offer. The Government contemplates an award of a labor hour contract based on the best value to the Government for a period of One Base Year & Two Option Years.
