- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for the purchase and installation of an Electrical Power System Test Bed for the Validating Spacecraft Electrical Power Systems. The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Priced contract for this procurement. The small business size standard is $4,500,000.00. A complete specification will be issued with the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFP's and amendments to the RFP's. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. The proposed contract listed here is to be awarded under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The actual due date for proposals will be stated in the solicitation when issued. The government does not intend to use FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
