- NASA/SSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP)for the supply anduninterrupted delivery of natural gas to Stennis Space Center, MS. The Period of Performance for this procurement is five years, consisting of one base yearand four (4) one year options.Failure by the offeror to submit an offer conforming tothe aforementioned Period of Performance shall render the offer non-responsive, and theoffer shall subsequently be rejected.The solicitation and any documents related tothis procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents may be accessed anddownloaded at the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities website@ http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/nais/link_syp.cgi or at the Federal BusinessOpportunities (FedBizOpps) website @ http://www.fbo.gov. Offerors unable to access theRFP at this address may contact the points of contact listed below for assistance. **All offerors are reminded to check the above noted web address for the most currentinformation with respect to this acquisition. Additionally, upon release of thesolicitation all offerors are reminded that all correspondence with regard to the sameshall be coordinated through the Office of Procurement**This Procurement is a 100% HubZone set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are221210 and 500 employees respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9. The Government intends to acquire this item in accordance with FAR Part 15.FOB is destination.The anticipated release date of this RFP is on or about February 7, 2011 with responsesdue NLT 3:00 PM, March 8, 2011.All questions with respect to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing(via email)tothis office not later than February 16, 2011.
