- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 813110 with a size standard of $7.0 million. The prospective bidder must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Offeror may register online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html. Award will be based on low price and technically acceptable. The proposal shall ---consist of base year with four option periods of service. Break down: five (5) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) with ninety (90) SubClins. The attachment shows the CLIN Structure for the five CLINS and ninety SubClins. Base year, period from 3 March 2011 through 2 March 2012; Option #01, period from 3 March 2012 through 2 March 2013; Option #02, period from 3 March 2013 through 2 March 2014; Option #03, period from 3 March 2014 through 2 March 2015; and Option #04, period from 3 March 2015 through 2 March 2016. Your Quotation shall be clearly marked with RFQ referencing number # W9124Q-11priestsvc2, emailed to the Point of Contact (POC) below no later than 25 February 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). In addition, all technical questions concerning this requirement must be emailed to the Point of Contact (POC) below no later than 22 February 2011 at 10:00 a.m. MST. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
