- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026311T0016 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-47 Effective 12 January 2011, and DFARS Publication 20110112. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 72110 and the small business size standard is $30 million. This acquisition is for the procurement of lodging services, in support of the Western Recruiting Region Headquarters. Utilizing FAR Part 12, and 13 procedures the Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 50 double-occupancy rooms for four nights (Monday afternoon arrival and Friday morning departure) for eleven (11) dated events throughout Calendar Year 2011, for a total of 2200 nights lodging, at or below the Federal Government per diem rates for San Diego. The contract requirements for this procurement are outlined in Attachment 1. See Attachment 1 for all applicable contract requirements, provisions, and clauses. Award will be made on a Best Value basis as outlined in Attachment 1. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include all information required in the RFQ provided in Attachment 1. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards.
