- FA8620-10-G-3038 0031 This is a presolicitation notice. The Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), Medium Altitude UAS Division, ASC/WIIK, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. for Fiscal Years 2011-2012 to procure additional legacy ground control stations and spares. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This work will support the standup of Predator/Reaper combat air patrols. General Atomics ASI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Predator/Reaper system and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform these efforts. The Government does not own the data rights for the system, therefore, to avoid duplication costs, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334511. Please indicate number of employees relative to the size standard of 1,500 for determination of small business status.
