- In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Government intends to issue a non-competitive modification to Perot Systems Government Services, Inc. under Contract N00189-07-D-0030. When ordered by issuance of individual task orders (TOs), the Contractor shall provide engineering, analytical, logistics and technical services to support submarine hull, mechanical & electrical (HM&E) and other submarine systems for Naval Ship Support Activity (NSSA). The contractor provides technical support services such as system assessments, system troubleshooting, system installation, system certification and testing, as well as a variety of systems logistics support services.
