- Description: PRON: AX0C0253AX, NSN: 1730-00-960-4004, P/N: 114E5124-1, NOUN: HOIST KIT ASSEMBLY, Minimum/21 each Maximum/77 each five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) 100% Small Business Set-aside applicable to CH-47 (CHINOOK ) Weapon System. Production Lead-time with first article testing is 21 each 285 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without first article testing is 21 each 190 days after contract award with delivery to Red River Army Deport, TX 75507-5000. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is completed, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides is restricted to U.S. small business; therefore foreign requests for solicitation will not be honored.
