- Solicitation # 51-SO-BC-11-00013 The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-11-00013 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-32, dated May 14, 2009. CLIN001 - Plantronic Telephone Headsets with Keypad. PLN T-10 Each unit to include one headband, two earhangers (type B, C-Boom-type microphone, and User Manual. Please list warranty information. QUANTITY: 500 each. Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1621 Dutch Lane, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Receiving Section, Bldg. 60-F. Acceptance at same location. Delivery on or before 02-FEB-2011. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete, or have on file, a U.S. Census Bureau Vendor Registration Form. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-2, Evalutions-Commerical Items, 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items. Award will be made by Government Purchase Order on a best value basis in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to the delivery location. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to download the solicitation and any applicable amendments. Bids are due by 5:00 PM (EST) on 26-JAN-2011.
