- AMD0001 revises submission date originally reflected on the RFQ document to 22 Feb 11. RFQ to provide support for Forklift Maintenance in Oklahoma City, OK. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO), Services Branch (PL8311), Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a Compeitive Small Business Set Aside Award. This acquisition shall procure repair and preventative maintenance services for electric materials handling equipment (MHE) including forklift, pallet jack, and battery charging equipment at the DISA Oklahoma City facilities. The central location will be at DISA SMC Oklahoma City,Gate 33, SE59 and Air Depot Rd 8705 Industrial Blvd., Bldg. 3900 Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK 73145-3064. The resultant contract will be 1 twelve-month base year plus 2 one-year option periods, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/COST contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Technical and/or Contractual questions regarding this requirement are due to the Government by COB (4 p.m. CST) Tuesday, 25 Jan 11 or sooner. The government will review your questions and provide responses NLT 4 p.m., Tuesday, Monday, 31 Jan 11 or sooner. All proposals shall be sent via electronic means to Crystal Palacios @ crystal.palacios@disa.mil. All proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. CST, 22 Feb 11. NAICS Code 811310.
