- Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to award a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, Chapel Hill, NC 2799-3445 for services required to teach five modules from the Army Strategic Leader Development Course-Intermediate without modification to twenty-five students ( includes tuition and room and board) from 13 Feb- 17 Feb 2011. The modules to be taught are: Executive Decision Making, Motivating High Performance in Today's Diverse Organizations, Leadership and Culture, Negotiation and Collaboration, and Organizational Change. The proposed contract action is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under limited competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). The purchase is commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212-1. The contract will be issued on or about 24 Jan 2011 Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by 21 January 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received will be considered by the Government.
