- Question and Answer (Q&A) for Sources Sought Notice for Solicitation Number VA-250-11-RP-0037. The following questions were submitted on 1/19/2011: Question 1: Is this sources sought a re-compete for a contract that was sole sourced to Volunteers of America Greater Ohio in October 2010? Answer to Question 1: No. This is an entire new contract with some of the same terms and conditions as the contract that was awarded to Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio in October 2010. Question 2: If so, will the period of performance on the re-compete also be for only a year? Answer to Question 2: The current contract with Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio is not being recompeted. This is an entirely new requirement.
