- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-11-Q-0016. This RFQ is for an offeror to provide the services listed below to the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI. This is a brand name requirement as the offeror must offer the support listed. Other software cannot be substituted since this software supports DAISY and has developed specific applications for DAISY and another offeror's software would require the applications to be replaced disrupting DAISY service.
