- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-11-T-0005 is issued as an RFQ and is issued as UNRESTRICTED. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. NAICS for determination of size status is 445110 The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Jackson, MS intends to issue a purchase order for Catered Meals for 3656th A. T starting 05 February 2011 through 17 February 2011 for breakfast, lunch and dinner and on 18 February 2011 breakfast only. REQUIREMENT- LOCATION: Camp Dodge, Johnston, Iowa CLIN 0001 - BREAKFAST MEAL: QUANTITY 16 EACH - Saturday, February 5, 2011. CLIN 0002 - LUNCH MEAL: QUANTITY 16 EACH - Saturday, February 5, 2011. CLIN 0003 - DINNER MEAL: QUANTITY 16 EACH - Saturday, February 5, 2011. CLIN 0004 - BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER MEALS: QUANTITY 166 each day/each meal for the following dates: Sunday, February 6, 2011 through Thursday, February 17, 2011. CLIN 0005 - BREAKFAST MEAL: QUANTITY 166 EACH - Friday, February 18, 2011. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following clauses apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (JAN 2005); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on technical capability and price, when combined are approximately equal. Multiple awards will not be made.
