LED Lighting Upgrade - Phase II: Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) will research LED possibilities that best serve a large open office area, conference rooms, and private offices. The purpose of the project is to identify and evaluate advantages and disadvantages of LED technology using lifecycle cost/benefit analysis and tenant experience. Results will be applied to subsequent build out of office space projects within the regional complex and other GSA properties. Services required for this project include lighting design/build services, budget analysis-estimates, lighting calculations, specifications, and the ability to present the aforementioned services to a small group. Job Location: GSA Regional Office; 400 15th St SW; Auburn, WA 98001 Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Period of performance: 200 calendar days following issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) Contract Type: This will be a Firm Fixed Price Design-Build Contract General Wage Determination: This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
